1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us at ceosurajk@gmail.com or call +91 7869114223.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
We accept refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong product delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, as our products are sealed and non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
